I had to stop using this product. It was producing a painful reaction in my muscle almost like it was an allergic reaction. I noticed it was much thicker than the other products I have taken so maybe my muscle was reacting to the oil suspension that they use. I don't want to knock the product because it appeared to be high quality, well packed and timely delivery. My body just didn't react well to it.
