I now swear by this! My strength is GREAT and I constantly look full. It does increase carb cravings, but my body comp is amazing. I've dosed it starting at 15 units a day to now 20 units a day. Powerful! Watch for estrogenic activity and take an AI as you feel it needed...e.g. "spicy nips." This is strong stuff and a lot isn't needed for noticeable results.
